The winner is!

What does a horse have to doing with announcing the winner of my first giveaway? She's my winning horse, and I got used to hearing her number being called way back in the 90's. That's my Arabian horse, "Savannah Sue", who collected a lot of buckles, trophies and (some) money--that went straight to paying my trainer and show cost fees, as a Western Reining Cowhorse . (Then, why is she wearing an English saddle?) It's a long story... I just wanted an excuse to post horse photos, on my food blog, that I took last Wednesday.

Savannah has attached herself to this "baby" miniature horse, who is 2 months old...how adorable is he?

He's so tiny, and so is his mom (who wouldn't stand still long enough for me to photograph).

I'm so excited! I used Random.org and entered all 13 names of folks who entered my Homemade Jam giveaway. Gee, thirteen names are pretty good odds to win something! I keep entering Pioneer Woman's contest, but she gets thousands of entries! So, the winner of my Jam Kit goes to "Frieda" from "Lovin' From the Oven".
